Move us to your Primary inbox

Gmail sometimes files our emails under Promotions. Move us across once and every FACE METHODS email after that lands in your Primary inbox.

On a computer

1. Open your Promotions tab.
2. Drag the FACE METHODS email onto the Primary tab.
3. When Gmail asks whether to do this for future messages, click Yes.

On your phone (Gmail app)

1. Open the FACE METHODS email.
2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
3. Tap Move to, then Primary.
