Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@facemethods.com with your order number and clear images of the issue.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
